Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes — we carefully edit our photos to show true colors, details, and fit. However, screen brightness and device settings can cause slight colour variations. If you have concerns, feel free to ask us before ordering.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
  1. Your email inbox — Check for a confirmation email sent right after your order.

  2. Your account — If you created an account, log in and go to Order History.

  3. Order confirmation page — After checkout, the page shown has a View Receipt button.

Still can’t find it? Email us at info.meltedbuttons@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll send it to you.

How can I return an item?

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has original tags attached.

Steps:

  1. Email info.meltedbuttons@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you a return form and prepaid shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any post office.

  4. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed in 5–7 business days

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We currently ship within Pakistan
